Electrical Engineer Required

The main objectives are:

• Machine control improvements (plc/ computer)
• Improve information/ data gathering from production lines

The job involves the following equipment. Prior knowledge of these types electrical systems is essential:

• 20 high pressure cold chamber presses (hydraulics, pneumatics and machine controls)
• Gas melting furnaces
• Industrial coating plant
• Laithes
• Drills
• General plant equipment eg. lighting and compressors

The applicant must be ambitious, able to work alone and make decisions. Hourly rate will depend upon the skill set of the individual. A partially trained apprentice would also be considered

Computer literacy is important. Experience with diecasting machine or plastic moulding machine repairs would be a advantages, however anyone with good technical skills and the correct certificates would be considered.

The job will include training for the candidate to further their skills in areas such as Gas pipe fitting and electrical and control systems.This is a great opportunity for the right individual to become a vital member of a growing business.
